Day 01: 01st April 2024 - Bandaranaike International Airport to Kandy (135km – 03hours 30minutes approx.)
You will be met on arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport by our Walkers Tours representative who will assist you with your luggage and guide you to your vehicle where your personal chauffeur awaits.
Transfer from Bandaranaike International Airport to Kandy.
En route visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. (Optional – Entrance Fee Supplement Given)
Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage was launched to provide shelter and nourishment to abandoned, injured and maimed elephants. The ideology behind this project revolves around the care of abandoned baby elephants, who cannot survive without their mothers.

Commence a city tour of Kandy.
Kandy is the charming hill capital of Sri Lanka and the island’s second largest city. At an elevation of 465 meters above sea level, Kandy is located 129 Km North-East of Colombo. Nestling midst low hills, and looped by the Mahaweli river; Kandy is the country’s religious and cultural center and a World Heritage City.
Visit a Gem Lapidary in Kandy.
In the evening view the Kandy Cultural Dance Show. (Optional)
Kandy cultural show (Kandy Dance) program. Is one of the famous evening events not to be missed when visiting this heritage city. It starts in the evening and runs for more than 1 hr. Listen to the captivating traditional drummers and be mesmerized viewing the many different art forms from the up country and low country of the island. The spectacular fire dancers and other folklore, Demon dancers, Traditional Kandyan dancers are a definite breathtaking experience to the locals and visitors alike.

Day 02: 02nd April 2028 - Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (80km – 02hours 40minutes approx. Each Way)
Breakfast at the Hotel.
Leave for Nuwara Eliya.
En route visit a Tea Plantation to see how tea is plucked and a Factory to witness the processing of the raw green leaf to the graded product.
Upon arrival commence a city tour of Nuwara Eliya.
Nuwara Eliya is the heart of Sri Lankan hill country, it is the home of the famous Ceylon Tea and the rolling mountains are a carpet of velvety green tea plantations, interspersed with gushing streams and tumbling waterfalls. The salubrious climate, misty glens and the decidedly British character make Nuwara Eliya a must on any Sri Lankan travel industry
Return to the hotel in Kandy.

Day 03: 03rd April 2028 - Kandy to Galle(225km – 04hours 50minutes approx. Each Way)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Leave for Galle.

Day 04: 04th April 2028 - Galle
Breakfast at the hotel.
Commence a city tour of Galle.
Visit the Galle Fort.
Galle fort was built first by the Portuguese, then modified by the Dutch during the 17th century. Even today, after 400 years of existence, it looks new and polished with reconstruction work done by Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka. Today Sri Lankan government and many Dutch people who still own some of the properties inside the fort are looking at making this one of the modern wonders of the world.

Day 05: 05th April 2028 - Galle – Colombo – Bandaranaike International Airport (170km – 02hours 50minutes approx.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Check-out from the hotel and leave for Colombo.
Commence shopping and a city tour of Colombo.
Colombo, the trade and commercial capital, has long been the traditional gateway to the Orient. Today, Colombo is a fascinating city - a happy blend of east & west, past & present, with a charm of its own. A less known but amazing fact is that Colombo has a superb range of high-quality restaurants serving food from all over the world and some of the best shopping opportunities in Asia.
Enjoy a leisurely stroll around Galle Face Green, a beautiful beachfront urban park. Enjoy the sea wind and the stunning sunset. Street food sellers serve local foods such as isso wade (prawn fritters).
Leave for airport in time for flight out of Sri Lanka.
(Be at the airport 03hours prior to the flight out of Sri Lanka on the 04th December)
